Rolled puff pastry with chicken and mushroom
Gently spiced, these chicken puff pastry rolls will be perfect for appetizers!

Put the ground chicken, sliced mushrooms, finely chopped parsley, hot pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Shape the mixture into small sticks.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles about 30 cm long and 10 cm wide.

Place a sausage stick of filling on each rectangle, roll up the dough around the filling, wrap the rolled-up parcel in baking paper.

Repeat the operation with the remaining rectangles and sticks of filling. Place the rolls in the freezer for 1 hour.

Remove the rolls from the freezer.

Arrange them one by one on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush them with egg yolk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Serve immediately.
