    Mix the tuna, soya, and sauces in a bowl, add salt and pepper then the 2 beaten eggs.

    Take the phyllo sheet, cut it in two.

    Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each half, add an entire surimi stick and fold.

    Heat some oil in a pan to fry the phyllo parcels.

    Cook all the parcels then fry them on both sides in the pan.
