Rinse and cut the zucchinis into pieces; cook them in water; drain them well and roughly mash them with a fork.

Rinse and thinly slice the leeks, then sauté them in a little olive oil without browning them too much.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, bacon, ham, and add the mashed zucchini and cooked leeks.
