Chicken turnover
Delightful very simple mini puff pastries for a rich-tasting starter!

Season and pepper the cutlets, let them marinate in olive oil and white wine for one or two hours.

Grate the carrots in a little butter and set them aside, then cook the sliced leek in the same manner.

Set aside.

Slice the cutlets and cook them in a little oil until they become slightly tender.

Reserve the marinade.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.6-7).

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4 rectangles.

Place some grated carrots, meat, and leek on half of each rectangle.

Season lightly, moisten the edge of the pastry, fold in pressing well along the edges.

Brush with egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes.

For the sauce: sauté the shallots in butter until softened, lightly flour them, add the marinade and cream.

Cook for a moment, adjust the seasoning.
