Boil the tomatoes for 1 min, rinse them under cold water, peel them and remove all the seeds.

Then chop them.

Season the tomatoes with 3 or 4 pinches of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and chopped scallions.

Drain the tuna and roughly crumble it with a fork.

Add a piece of avocado to the preparation with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions, salt and tabasco.

Divide the tomatoes among 6 ramekins, add the avocado tuna mix then gently pack it down and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Decorate with a small salad and some grilled toast!
