Zucchini cake
Homemade zucchini cake to bake in the oven and share!

Sauté the onions and garlic cloves in a sauté pan.

Peel the tomatoes (immerse them in boiling water for 30 seconds to loosen the skin, then remove), and mash them with a fork.

Add the mashed tomatoes to the sauté pan.

Add parsley, salt, and pepper.

Cut the zucchinis into pieces.

Sauté these slices in a little olive oil in another frying pan (do this in several stages).

Remove the tomato preparation from the heat and pour in the previously beaten eggs.

In a gratin dish, lay out a layer of zucchini, a layer of tomatoes, grated gruyère, and repeat this twice more.

Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs.

Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
