    Cut the blood sausage and the sausage into slices and fry them in half of the hot fat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

    Meanwhile, beat the eggs for an omelette with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.

    Pour the mixture into another pan where you have melted the remaining fat.

    Cook as an omelette.

    Just before folding it, stuff it with slices of blood sausage and well drained sausages.

    Serve with a green salad.
