In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, sugar, one beaten egg, two pinches of salt, a glassful of warm water, and half a package of yeast.

Work the dough by hand until you get a consistent and sticky dough, then place it in a 22 cm diameter greased tart pan, and add the bean.

Take a brush, dip the egg yolk in a bowl, then use the brush to paint on the galette to give it a golden color; you can also make ridges with a fork for aesthetic appeal.

Bake in the oven and let cook for about 30 minutes until the dough is golden.
