Brie-stuffed baked potatoes
Prepare a special gratin with our recipe for brie and potatoes

Preheat the oven to 190°C

Melt 30 g of butter

Wash the potatoes, poke the top and place them in a dish

Brush their skin with butter

Bake for 55 minutes to an hour

Halfway through cooking, turn them over and brush them again with butter

To prepare the filling: Remove the rind from the cheese and cut it into small dice (keep about twenty pieces to use in the final cooking stage)

Chop the chives finely

When the potatoes are cooked (then increase the oven temperature to 220°C), cut off a cap and scoop out two-thirds of the flesh without piercing the skin

Mash the flesh with a fork and mix it with the cream, cheese, chives, and nutmeg

Season with salt and pepper

Stuff the potatoes with this mixture

Sprinkle with pieces of cheese and the remaining butter, then bake for 10 minutes.
