    Melt the butter, add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved

    Crush the cookies in a mixer or mortar

    Place this powder in a bowl and pour the butter over it

    Mix and line the bottom of a flan mold by lifting up the sides

  5. 5

    Store in the fridge while you make the cream

  6. 6

    Heat the cream and add the chocolate pieces and pralinoise to the boiling cream

  7. 7

    Let it melt and pour it over the tart base

  8. 8

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
