Chocolate banana fondant
Enjoy a delicious moment with the banana chocolate fondant!

Fry 2 peeled and cut bananas into halves lengthwise with 40 g of butter for 5 minutes on each side.

Sprinkle them with sugar during cooking, then let them cool down.

Melt the chocolate with the rum and 70 g of butter in a double boiler, then let it cool slightly.

Fold in the whipped cream to form very stiff peaks.

Pour 1/3 of the chocolate into a lined cake mold, place 2 halves of bananas on top, add half of the remaining chocolate, put the rest of the bananas on top, and finish with the rest of the chocolate.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

When ready to serve, unmold your chocolate fondant, cut into slices, and serve with the 2 mashed bananas.
