    Peel and chop the onion, clean and remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into cubes.

    Sauté the onion gently in hot fat, add the rice and stir-fry it constantly without stopping.

    When the grains become transparent, add the cubed bell peppers, the sole cut into pieces and the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and add the saffron.

    Pour the hot water or broth from a ladle over the rice and cook until the rice has absorbed all the liquid.

    Add another ladle of liquid and continue in this manner until the rice is fully cooked (about 15 minutes).

    Decorate with shrimp bouquet at will.
