    Butter the molds with melted butter.

    Preheat the oven to th 6, 180°.

    Bring the milk to a boil.

    Open the can of crab meat.

    Drain the meat.

    In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, add the cornstarch, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    While stirring, gradually add the milk, then the crab meat and sour cream.

    Chop the parsley.

  9. 9

    Pour the mixture into the buttered molds and sprinkle with parsley, bake in a water bath for 45 minutes at 160°c. Let cool.
