Grate the carrots and cut the endives into small pieces.

Slice the tomatoes into quarters, de-shell the shrimp.

4. Prepare the curry sauce: mix the cream, salt, pepper, and curry in a bowl.

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots and chopped endives.

Place a filo pastry sheet on the work surface, take half of the filo pastry sheet and place it over.

Spread a little curry sauce, then place 7 small shrimp.

Cover with curry sauce and close the pastry (repeat for each filo).

Heat some oil in a pan and place it on the stove, then fry the filos until golden.

Serve the carrots and endives on plates and add tomato quarters.
