Prepare the apples: Peel them and remove the cores.

Dice them into small pieces.

In a pan, sauté the apples over high heat with 10 gr of butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes.

Lower the heat then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Crack and beat the eggs in a mixing bowl with the sugar until the mixture whitens.

Add the yogurt, flour, yeast, milk, previously melted butter, and cinnamon.

Grease muffin tins.

Pour a third of the batter into the molds.

Place a layer of apples.

Finally cover with the rest of the batter.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, keeping an eye on the cooking.
