Melted Cheese Blinis

    Mix flour and yeast.

    Add the egg, milk, sour cream, and mix well.

    Let it rest for 10 min.

    Add the tapenade and mix well.

    In a heated pan, add a bit of oil, and cook the blinis two at a time (1 blini = 2 tablespoons of batter).

    Turn them over when the top starts to form bubbles.

    Once all the blinis are cooked, stack them with slices of cheese in between. Put them back in the pan for a few moments with a lid.

    Serve hot or cold.
