In a large pot of boiling water, cook your potatoes and beans for 20 minutes and your eggs for 10 minutes. Seed your tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Slice your cooked potatoes and eggs, then finely chop the garlic. Wash your salad and place a few leaves in each bowl, adding garlic, eggs, some olives, tomato pieces, anchovies, and beans. For dressing, mix in a bowl one teaspoon of mustard and three tablespoons of olive oil, then mix and cover to chill until mealtime.
