Roll out the pastry into a tart dish and blind bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Cut the pecans in half.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, yogurt, almond flour, and melted butter previously heated in the microwave.

Then add the pecans and maple syrup.

Pour the preparation onto the tart base, add nuts on top of the tart, and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. Serve cold.
