    In a casserole, sauté the onions with a little oil.

    Sauté the meat.

    Prepare a roux with 50 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and the pineapple juice.

    Mix in the meat, sauce, bouillon cubes, generous tablespoon of curry powder, thyme, bay leaf, pepper, and very little salt.

    Cook for 30 minutes then add chopped pineapple and soy sauce.
