Sardines and Carrots Verrines (Thermomix)
Too easy... And without supervision!

Peel the carrots, cut them roughly into pieces, and place them in the bowl of the Thermomix.

Mix for 15 seconds at speed

Add the beater.

Add the water, mace, half the salt, and pepper.

Whip for 18 minutes at 100°C, speed

Remove the beater and mix for 15 seconds at speed

Add the cream and mix for 3 minutes at 50°C, speed

Remove the carrots and place them in the bottom of the verrines.

Drain the sardines.

Place the sardines, lemon zest, and yogurt in the robot bowl.

Add the remaining salt and pepper.

Mix for 7 minutes at speed

Cover the carrot purée with a layer of sardine preparation.

Top with parsley.
