Smoked salmon surprise rolls
A touch of freshness with these smoked salmon surprise roll-ups.

In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese with the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Mash the pear with a fork and mix it with the previous mixture.

Drizzle each slice of salmon with a little lemon juice.

Spread 2 tablespoons of the preparation on each slice of salmon.

Add to 2 cm from one edge of the salmon slice, a small roll formed by 2 to 3 tablespoons of lump fish roe.

Roll the salmon slice over itself starting after the lump fish roe roll.

Cover each plate with lettuce leaves, place a rolled salmon slice.

Arrange a few cherry tomatoes and some mayonnaise tips next to the tomatoes on each slice.
