    Pour the 50 cl of milk into a small saucepan, add the cinnamon stick, the 4 cardamom pods and heat until it simmers.

    Let it cool and infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain to keep only the milk, add 2 tablespoons of honey, mix well then serve still warm.
