Thinly slice the onion and shallots.

Crumbly break the gorgonzola cheese.

Cut the mushrooms in half or into quarters depending on their size.

In a tablespoon of oil, sauté the onion and one of the shallots over medium heat, add crushed garlic.

Add the spinach and let it warm up on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms in a little oil over high heat.

Remove them from the heat after 5 minutes and keep warm.

Cook the tortellinis (the cooking time varies according to the brand, check the packaging).
