Mozzarella-stuffed chicken rolls
Rolled chicken with mozzarella accompanied by a tomato, cream and mushroom sauce.

Spoon the bottom of a gratin dish with the tomato sauce.

Add the finely chopped onion in pieces, thyme, and parsley.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Chop the mushrooms and cut the mozzarella into thin slices.

Roll almost all the mushrooms and mozzarella in the chicken slices and place them on the tomato layer.

Distribute the remaining mushrooms over the entire surface, cover with shredded cheese, and then spoon on some of the heavy cream.

Bake for 25 minutes in the oven.

Remove from the oven, remove the rolls, mix the tomato sauce with the cream and the juice rendered by the mozzarella to obtain a homogeneous and creamy sauce.

Serve the rolls topped with sauce, accompanied by Basmati rice.
