Prepare the apples: cut off the crown, remove the core and hollow them out using a knife making sure not to cut through the bottom.

Do not throw away the flesh.

Brush the apples with lemon juice.

Remove the skin from the white sausages and cut them roughly into small pieces.

Sauté the apple flesh in a pan for 10 minutes with a knob of butter, sugar, and white sausages.

In a bowl, soak the bread loaf in milk.

Remove the apple-white sausage mixture from the heat and put it into another bowl with beaten egg.

Add the milk-soaked bread and mix well.

You can now stuff the apples and bake them for 30 minutes at 180°C.
