    Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds; then take one pepper and cut it into cubes.

    Mix the cream cheese with the goat cheese; season with salt, pepper, and add the chives, herbs de Provence, and cubed peppers.

    Stuff the 8 halves of pepper with the filling and wrap them in aluminum foil.
