    Wash the vegetables, cut the tomatoes into quarters, the zucchinis into slices (without removing the skin), the bell peppers into regular pieces, and the fennel into small cubes.

    Brush them with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then coat them in a dish filled with Provence herbs.

    Alternate the different vegetables on skewers to make the kebabs.

    Cook on the barbecue for 10 to 15 minutes until the vegetables are colored.
