Soak the bread in the milk.

In a bowl, mix the meat, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, ras el hanout, cumin, cayenne pepper, drained bread, salt, and pepper.

Form small meatballs.

In the tajine, reduce the tomatoes, minced garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.

Add the meatballs.

They should be well covered with the tomatoes (add a little water if necessary).
