Prepare an omelette by beating 6 eggs and pouring them into a medium heat skillet with a knob of butter, ensuring it is thin and flat.

Once cool, place it on a sheet of the same size food-grade plastic wrap.

Spread fresh cream cheese on it, then tightly roll it in the plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, open the can of tomato coulis.

Add chopped basil (reserve some leaves for decoration).

Remove the omelette from the plastic wrap and cut it into slices.
