    Grill the bell peppers over a wood charcoal fire or in a very hot oven.

    Place them one by one in a container and cover.

    Peel them afterwards and cut them into small pieces after removing the seeds.

    Also chop the tomatoes into small pieces after peeling and seeding them.

    Sauté the garlic in oil over low heat.

    Add the tomatoes, red bell pepper, and salt.

    Midway through cooking the tomatoes, add the peppers.

    Cook on low heat while stirring occasionally until the sauce reduces and the cooking oil comes back to the surface.
