Make the dough in a stand mixer or by hand and let it cool in the refrigerator.

Wash the salads and drain them.

Chop the salad (you can do this with a food processor) and sauté it in a large pan (be careful, it will reduce greatly) with margarine or olive oil or butter.

Once it is well cooked, let it cool down and mix it with the cream/eggs mixture.

Spread the dough on a baking dish lined with parchment paper and add the cooked salad/cream/egg mixture.

Place the crumbled feta cheese on top, whole or crumbled.
