    Drain the tuna, mash it with a fork, mix it with the whole eggs, sour cream, and flour, season everything, and pour the mixture into a buttered cake mold.

    Bake for 1 hour in a pre-heated oven (200°C), protecting the top of the loaf with aluminum foil towards the end of cooking.

    Prepare the accompanying sauce: peel the garlic cloves, crush them in a mortar to obtain a fine paste, add the egg yolks, salt, pepper, and drizzle with oil while constantly stirring to emulsify the sauce like mayonnaise.

    Finish with a squeeze of lemon.

    Serve this sauce with the cold tuna loaf unmolded.
