    Peel and core the apples, then cut them into slices, and press lemon juice over them.

    Place 30 gr of butter in a heated pan and cook the apples on medium heat until they are golden, about 10 minutes.

    Remove the apples, place them in a warm plate or dish and add the onions to the same pan until they are caramelized.

    Season the veal livers with salt and pepper, coat them in flour, add the remaining butter to the pan, and cook the livers for 10 minutes (5 on each side).
