    In a pot, add a drizzle of olive oil, then your rabbit, thyme, and bay leaves.

    Chop or finely chop your carrots, onions, garlic cloves, cut the white part of the leek, then pour everything into the pot and let it marinade for 24 hours, preferably in the fridge.

    With a strainer spatula, recover the vegetables on a plate and sauté them in olive oil in a pan until the water evaporates.

    In a pan, brown the rabbit pieces without cooking them (maximum 2 minutes).

    Pour flour over the rabbit pieces, then place everything (vegetables and rabbit) into the pot for cooking for 1 hour and 10 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
