Wash the cabbage well, drain it, and slice it into strips.

Peel and cut the beetroot into thin slices. Chop the carrots into shreds using a vegetable peeler.

Mix in a bowl the vinegar with peanut oil, then add the cream while stirring until you get a homogeneous vinaigrette.
