Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.

Pour the seeds and pod into the milk and bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, whisk the yolks with the powdered sugar.

When the mixture is well frothy, add the flour and rum.

Once the milk comes to a boil, remove from heat and melt the butter.

Mix the milk (without the vanilla pod) into the previous preparation.

Let it chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Grease the molds and pour in the batter.

Bake for 1 hour at 200°C (th.6-7), preheated oven.
