    Dilute the egg yolk with milk.

    In a bowl, whip the softened butter to cream, and incorporate the eggs, icing sugar, hazelnut powder, and alcohol.

    Peel the pear and cut it into small dice.

    Place them in a non-stick pan, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of sugar, and caramelize for 10 min.

    Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 3 mm.

    Spread the previous preparation over the disc of dough.

    Sprinkle with diced pears and chocolate chips.

    With a brush, glaze the edges with egg yolk, place the bean, and cover with a second disc.
