Prepare a strong coffee in large quantity.

In a mixing bowl, combine 100g of sugar, 3 egg yolks, and the mascarpone.

Gradually fold the whipped egg whites into the first mixture.

Dip the ladyfingers very quickly in the coffee and arrange them side by side in a rectangular tupperware container, covering the preparation.

Repeat the operation ending with the cream layer.

Sprinkle everything with bitter cocoa powder.
