    Cut the eggplants into 0.5 cm slices.

    Cut the goat cheese in the same way.

    Sauté the eggplants on both sides over low heat.

    Stack the mille-feuille alternating eggplant and goat cheese layers.

    Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at Th. 6 (180°C).

    Serve by placing a little honey on each mille-feuille.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Decorate with the eggplant stem and a cinnamon stick.
