    Blend until you get a creamy mixture, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic.

    Divide everything into ramekins, top with tomato pieces, and place a slice (or half-slice) of shallot on top to decorate.

    Refrigerate the entire mixture for 3 hours.
