    Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water.

    Meanwhile, prepare the choux pastry: melt the butter in the milk, season it.

    When it boils for the first time, add the flour all at once and stir vigorously to detach the dough.

    Remove from heat and beat in the eggs one at a time.
