    Wash the leeks, chop them.

    Peel and wash the potatoes.

    Pierce the sausage with a fork.

    Put in a casserole the sausage, the leeks, the potatoes, the bouquet garni and season.

    Cover with water and cook for 20 minutes.

    Put in a bowl the chopped shallot, mustard, vinegar and mix.

    Serve the sausage and vegetables in a dish accompanied by the mustard mixture.
