Vegetable Hamburger
Surprise your taste buds with a beef and vegetable pancake burger!

Peel, wash, and dry the potatoes.

Wash and dry the zucchini and the white parts of the scallions.

Grate the potatoes and zucchini finely.

Cut the scallions into pieces and finely chop them lengthwise.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

In a bowl, put the grated and chopped vegetables, then add the drained corn and the egg yolk.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Gently heat the oil in a pan and place small mounds of vegetables.

Flatten them to form very thin pancakes and cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Repeat the operation until you get 8 pancakes and keep them warm.

Mix the spices and chopped parsley with the ground meat.

Season with salt and pepper and divide the meat into 4 equal parts.

Shape them into patties and grill for 3 minutes on each side.

Insert a pancake, then the meat, and finally the second pancake between the burger buns and serve with a salad.
