    Cut the tomatoes from the top to make a hat, hollow out the tomato by removing the seeds and water.

    Season the inside with salt and pepper.

    Pour the oat flakes in a stream into boiling milk, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.

    Add off the heat the chopped parsley, mashed hard-boiled egg, sautéed mushrooms that you will have gently cooked in butter under a covered pan, finally add the cream.

    Arrange the tomatoes in a greased shallow dish that can go into the oven, fill each tomato with stuffing, replace the caps on the stuffed tomatoes.

    Bake at medium oven heat (180°C) for 30 minutes.
