Peel the parsnips and apple then cut them into large chunks. In a saucepan, melt 50 gr of butter and add the parsnip and apple, then let cook for about ten minutes. In another saucepan filled with hot water, heat your broth (2 cubes for 1 liter). Add the broth to the parsnip saucepan and simmer on low heat for 20 min, then let cool. Pour the 60 cl of milk over the warm mixture and stir, using a blender if possible. Before serving, reheat the soup in the microwave or in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
