Bake a bottom pie crust in the oven.

Meanwhile, sauté the contents of a package of chopped spinach in butter; season and add a pinch of muscovado nutmeg (about 20 minutes).

Squeeze well to remove all water, then add a knob of butter.

Fry 150 g of small bacon lardons, add them to the spinach, and fill the prepared pie crust.
