    Butter the baking dish generously.

    Place the carrots and leeks in alternate layers.

    Sprinkle some chunks of butter on top.

    Bake in a moderate oven at 190°C (Th.6) for about 25 minutes.

    Pour the heavy cream over the carrots and leeks, wrap each fillet around a slice of smoked pork belly, then place them in the dish.

    Sprinkle with some butter chunks, a few vegetables, and a bit of lemon juice, then return to the oven for another 15 minutes or so.

    Serve well hot in the baking dish adorned with lemon slices.
