Pour a skillet, add a drizzle of sunflower oil, prick your sausages, and place them in the pan, turning them to coat with oil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning the sausages regularly. Meanwhile, peel and dice your apples into small cubes and fry them in a pan with salted butter for 15 minutes. Cut your puff pastry sheets into 6 squares, then place them in mini tart molds and lay a layer of apple in each one. Slice your sausage into thin rounds (1 to 2 cm wide) and place them on the tarts, then bake the molds for 10 to 15 minutes until the apples are golden brown. Unmold your pork sausage bites and serve hot.
