Potato and minced meat croquettes
Prepare original potato and minced meat croquettes for the whole family!

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Put them in the basket of a casserole and cook for 15 minutes.

While that is cooking, fry the minced meat with salt and pepper.

Chop the shallots and parsley.

Once the potatoes are cooked, puree them in a large bowl, then add the meat, shallots, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Mix everything well.

Make medium-sized meatballs by hand.

Prepare a plate with flour, a bowl with beaten eggs, and another plate with breadcrumbs.

Roll each meatball in flour, then in egg, and finally in bread crumbs (coat them so they crisp up during cooking).

Fry the croquettes for a few minutes in the fryer.

Serve with a nice salad and a bit of mayonnaise.
