    Fry the meat in the oil with the onion (15 minutes).

    While doing this, cook the potatoes in boiling water.

    In a bowl, mash the potatoes into a puree and mix all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous dough.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan for about 10 minutes.

    Form balls about 4 cm in diameter and roll them in breadcrumbs.

    Fry them in the oil for about ten minutes (turning them from time to time until they are golden on all sides).

    Serve the croquettes on a plate oval-shaped, with a bed of green salad.
